We are seeking a motivated Analyst to provide analytical support across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing business data, preparing executive reports, identifying trends, and supporting strategic initiatives that improve organizational performance. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of enterprise data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyze business, operational, and financial data from multiple enterprise systems.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI metrics for business leaders.
  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvement opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, planning, and strategic business initiatives through data analysis.
  • Prepare executive presentations and analytical summaries for leadership meetings.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Human Resources, IT, and Business Intelligence teams.
  • Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure data integrity across enterprise platforms.
  • Assist with business case development and return-on-investment analysis.
  • Support automation projects that improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking when required.
  • Document analytical methodologies, reporting procedures, and process improvements.
  • Participate in special projects supporting organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, reporting standards, and governance requirements.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, operations analysis, reporting, or analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable business intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies, and KPI development.
  • Experience with Python or R for analytics is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Job Function

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $236,000 – $298,000 USD annually

Compensation is determined based on analytical experience, technical expertise, industry knowledge, geographic location, education, certifications, and overall qualifications.
