About the Opportunity
We are seeking an organized and results-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization.
The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers, department leaders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, track deliverables, manage documentation, and help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with planning and execution of projects.
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across project teams and functional departments.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Assist with project budgets, expenses, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and documentation.
- Organize project meetings and record action items and decisions.
- Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays.
- Escalate significant project concerns to the Project Manager.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, requirements, and records.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and contract administration where applicable.
- Assist with change requests, scope management, and project-control processes.
- Monitor project quality standards and completion requirements.
- Support testing, implementation, and project-launch activities.
- Track key performance indicators and project metrics.
- Assist with resource scheduling and workload coordination.
- Contribute to process improvements and project-management best practices.
- Provide project-management support across multiple initiatives as required.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of project-management principles and methodologies.
- Experience managing schedules, timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project-management platforms.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or comparable systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project-management methodologies.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

The position also contributes to improved project visibility, risk identification, operational efficiency, and consistent project-delivery standards.
Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
- Occasional flexibility may be required around project milestones, launches, and client deadlines.
- Frequent virtual collaboration with Project Managers, team members, clients, vendors, and leadership.
- Primarily computer-based work using project-management, reporting, documentation, and collaboration platforms.
- Occasional travel may be required for project meetings, training, conferences, or company events.
Job Function

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $85,000 – $125,000 annually, based on project-management experience, industry expertise, project complexity, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
