The Associate Manager plays an important leadership role by partnering with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives, optimize operational performance, and lead high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results. This position combines people leadership with project execution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational objectives.
Working closely with department leaders, executive stakeholders, Finance, Human Resources, Product Management, Customer Success, and Operations teams, the Associate Manager will oversee business initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, improve operational processes, and help ensure successful execution of enterprise priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead daily operational activities while ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and organizational priorities.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members through regular performance feedback, mentoring, and career development planning.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic business initiatives and operational improvement projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting activities.
- Develop and implement standardized processes that improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Identify operational risks and recommend practical solutions that strengthen business performance.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership review.
- Support organizational change management initiatives and business transformation programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners while promoting organizational alignment across business functions.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline required.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive business operations, project management, consulting, or leadership experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams or supervising cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced business environments.
- Strong knowledge of operational planning, performance management, and business process improvement.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience working within remote or geographically distributed organizations is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Total Compensation: $394,000 – $490,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on leadership experience, business expertise, organizational impact, and overall qualifications.
