B2B Appointment Setter

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology and business services organization operating in a competitive B2B environment where strong outreach, qualified conversations, accurate prospecting, consistent follow-up, and disciplined pipeline development directly influence revenue growth. Our organization supports enterprise clients, sales teams, account executives, business development leaders, marketing teams, revenue operations, and customer-facing business units that depend on high-quality appointment setting and strong first impressions to create meaningful sales opportunities.

As companies continue to compete for executive attention, appointment setting has become a critical part of modern revenue generation. Decision-makers are busy, inboxes are crowded, and successful outreach requires more than simply sending messages or making calls. It requires research, professionalism, timing, persistence, confidence, and the ability to communicate value clearly in a short conversation. The B2B Appointment Setter role is central to helping the company open doors, create qualified meetings, and support a predictable sales pipeline.

Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled sales tools, CRM platforms, sales automation, prospect intelligence, lead scoring, outreach sequencing, campaign analytics, revenue operations systems, customer data enrichment, and scalable go-to-market processes. We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Appointment Setter who can identify potential business opportunities, contact decision-makers, qualify interest, schedule meetings, and support sales teams with strong communication and accurate documentation.

This is not a traditional appointment-setting role focused only on cold calls or scripted outreach. The B2B Appointment Setter will serve as a frontline revenue development professional responsible for researching accounts, identifying the right contacts, starting business conversations, handling early objections, confirming fit, scheduling qualified meetings, and maintaining clean CRM records that help the sales organization move quickly and professionally.

The selected candidate will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Account Executives, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and leadership teams to ensure outreach activity is targeted, consistent, well-documented, and aligned with growth goals.

This is a strong opportunity for a sales-minded professional who wants to build a career in B2B revenue development, work remotely with modern sales technology, strengthen communication skills, and contribute directly to company growth through qualified meeting generation.
