We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology and business services organization operating in a finance-driven environment where accurate records, timely transaction processing, clean reconciliations, organized documentation, and reliable bookkeeping directly support business performance. Our organization supports finance teams, accounting leaders, operations departments, vendors, customers, payroll partners, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders who depend on accurate financial information to make confident decisions.
As companies grow, bookkeeping becomes one of the most important foundations for financial clarity, cash flow visibility, audit readiness, vendor management, customer billing accuracy, and operational discipline. Modern organizations need bookkeeping professionals who can do more than enter transactions. They need detail-oriented finance support partners who can maintain clean records, reconcile accounts, process invoices, support month-end activities, organize documentation, identify discrepancies, and help finance teams operate with consistency and control.
Our company is investing heavily in cloud-based accounting platforms, AI-enabled finance workflows, automated invoice processing, digital expense management, reconciliation tools, accounts payable and receivable modernization, financial reporting support, documentation systems, and scalable finance operations. We are seeking a highly capable Bookkeeper who can support daily financial activity while helping maintain accurate records, organized workflows, and strong accounting support across a remote-first business environment.
This is not a traditional bookkeeping role focused only on basic data entry or routine recordkeeping. The Bookkeeper will serve as a dependable finance operations partner responsible for maintaining transaction accuracy, supporting vendor and customer records, reconciling accounts, processing payments, assisting with billing, preparing reports, and helping accounting leaders keep financial operations organized and timely.
The selected candidate will work closely with Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Procurement, Operations, HR, vendors, customers, and business stakeholders to ensure financial activity is recorded accurately, documentation is complete, and bookkeeping workflows are handled professionally.
This is a strong opportunity for a bookkeeping professional who wants to support a growing organization, work with modern accounting tools, strengthen financial operations, and contribute to a company where clean books and accurate financial records are treated as essential business priorities.
As Bookkeeper, you will support daily bookkeeping, transaction entry, reconciliations, vendor records, customer billing support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing financial data, supporting month-end preparation, identifying discrepancies, preparing routine reports, and helping ensure accounting information is complete and reliable.
You will serve as a trusted finance support partner while maintaining accountability for accuracy, timeliness, documentation quality, confidentiality, and strong follow-through.
The ideal candidate combines bookkeeping experience, attention to detail, accounting system knowledge, spreadsheet skills, organization, and professional communication to support reliable financial operations.
Record daily financial transactions accurately within accounting systems, including expenses, payments, deposits, invoices, credits, adjustments, and journal support entries.
Support accounts payable by reviewing vendor invoices, confirming approvals, entering bills, tracking payment status, maintaining vendor records, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
Support accounts receivable by preparing invoices, posting payments, tracking outstanding balances, following up on payment details, and helping maintain accurate customer records.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, payment platforms, vendor balances, customer accounts, and general ledger support schedules.
Maintain organized financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, approvals, payment records, deposit support, vendor forms, customer records, and reconciliation files.
Assist with month-end close preparation by gathering support, reviewing transactions, identifying missing items, preparing schedules, and supporting accounting team requests.
Review financial activity to identify unusual transactions, coding errors, duplicate payments, missing documentation, timing differences, and reconciliation issues.
Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support expense tracking, budget coding, cost classification, accrual support, and routine reporting needs.
Process expense reports, reimbursements, corporate card activity, purchase requests, and related documentation according to company policies.
Maintain accurate vendor and customer records, including contact information, payment terms, tax documents, billing details, and account notes.

Prepare routine bookkeeping reports, transaction summaries, aging reports, payment trackers, reconciliation updates, and financial support schedules.
Help improve bookkeeping processes by identifying manual work, recurring errors, unclear workflows, missing documentation, and opportunities for automation.
Handle confidential financial information with professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and proper data security awareness.
