About the Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Brand Manager to lead brand positioning, messaging, campaigns, content, and market initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and business performance.
The Brand Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Creative, Social Media, Communications, and external partners to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across every customer touchpoint. The ideal candidate combines strong brand strategy with creative execution, market insight, and data-driven decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen brand positioning, identity, messaging, and value proposition.
- Lead integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, content, advertising, and other channels.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify brand opportunities.
- Develop creative briefs, campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Creative teams on visual identity, campaigns, video, photography, and design.
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards across marketing and customer communications.
- Manage brand calendars, campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor brand awareness, engagement, customer sentiment, and campaign performance.
- Analyze marketing data and recommend improvements to brand initiatives.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to align brand messaging with customer needs.
- Manage external creative agencies, freelancers, media partners, and other vendors.
- Support product launches, rebranding initiatives, partnerships, and major marketing programs.
- Develop presentations and performance reports for senior marketing leadership.
- Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, cultural developments, and emerging channels.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand differentiation and market positioning.
- Manage brand assets, guidelines, templates, and related documentation.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, advertising, or integrated communications.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer segmentation, messaging, and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing creative agencies and external marketing partners.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content, and advertising channels.
- Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing technology platforms.
- Experience with CRM, project-management, and campaign-management tools preferred.
- MBA or advanced marketing qualification is a plus.

The Brand Manager plays a central role in shaping how customers perceive and interact with the organization. By connecting brand strategy, customer insights, creative execution, and commercial objectives, this position helps strengthen market differentiation and long-term brand equity.
The role also provides leadership with insights into customer behavior, competitive positioning, campaign performance, and emerging market trends.
Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
- Flexible hours may occasionally be required during major campaigns, launches, or events.
- Frequent virtual collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales, Communications, and leadership teams.
- Primarily computer-based work using marketing, analytics, creative, and collaboration platforms.
- Occasional travel for marketing events, creative productions, conferences, and company meetings.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $140,000 – $220,000 annually, based on brand-management experience, industry expertise, campaign scope, leadership capabilities, and overall qualifications.
