We are seeking a motivated and highly communicative Business Development Representative (BDR) to build qualified sales pipelines through targeted prospecting, account research, outreach, and relationship development. This role will serve as an important connection between prospective customers and the sales organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Research target accounts, industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
Identify and qualify potential business prospects.
Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Develop personalized messaging based on prospect needs and business priorities.
Initiate conversations with prospective customers and establish initial relationships.
Conduct preliminary discovery and qualification conversations.
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and sales leadership.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity information within the CRM.
Develop and manage prospecting lists and account-based outreach campaigns.
Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple communication channels.
Monitor outreach activity, response rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies and prospecting plans.
Partner with Marketing to leverage campaigns, content, events, and inbound leads.
Research competitive activity and provide relevant market feedback to sales leadership.
Maintain professional and timely communication throughout the prospecting process.
Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Continuously test and improve prospecting techniques and messaging.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
0–3 years of sales, business development, customer-facing, or lead-generation experience.
Strong interest in developing a career in B2B sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable conducting outbound phone calls and digital prospecting.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools is a plus.
Strong research and account-identification skills.
Ability to learn complex products, services, and industries quickly.

The role also provides valuable market intelligence by identifying customer priorities, competitive trends, objections, and emerging demand across target accounts.
Working Conditions
Fully Remote position within the United States.
Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
Flexible hours may occasionally be required to accommodate prospects across different time zones.
Frequent virtual collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Account Executives, and Sales Leadership.
Primarily computer-based work using CRM, sales engagement, prospecting, email, phone, and collaboration platforms.
Occasional travel for sales meetings, conferences, training sessions, and company events.
Job Function

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $75,000 – $115,000 annually, including competitive base compensation and performance-based incentives, depending on experience, industry expertise, sales performance, and overall qualifications.
