We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled data intelligence, cloud analytics platform, digital transformation, and decision science organization supporting customers, product teams, revenue functions, operations, finance, technology groups, and executive leadership across the United States. The company operates in a highly data-driven environment where analytics directly shape business strategy, customer outcomes, product innovation, revenue performance, operational efficiency, risk visibility, and long-term enterprise value.
This is not a traditional analytics leadership role focused only on reporting dashboards or business intelligence requests. Analytics is treated as a core enterprise capability that helps the company understand what is happening, why it is happening, what is likely to happen next, and which decisions will create the strongest business impact. The organization expects analytics leadership to move beyond historical reporting and build a mature decision intelligence function that connects data strategy, advanced analytics, AI, forecasting, experimentation, product insights, customer intelligence, and executive decision support.
The company is continuing to invest in cloud-based data platforms, AI-enabled analytics, machine learning models, enterprise business intelligence, predictive forecasting, customer lifecycle analytics, product usage intelligence, revenue analytics, operational performance measurement, self-service reporting, data governance, and stronger executive visibility. As the company scales, leadership is seeking a Chief Analytics Officer who can transform analytics into a trusted enterprise operating system for better strategy, faster decisions, and measurable performance improvement.
The Chief Analytics Officer will lead the company’s analytics vision, enterprise analytics strategy, business intelligence roadmap, advanced analytics programs, decision science capability, data storytelling standards, insight delivery model, and analytics talent development. This executive will partner closely with the CEO, Board, CIO, CTO, CDO, CFO, CRO, CMO, CPO, COO, Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Legal, Security, and business unit leaders to ensure analytics priorities are aligned with the company’s most important goals.
This role requires an executive who can operate with strategic influence, technical fluency, commercial judgment, and strong leadership discipline. The ideal candidate will understand how to build scalable analytics teams, modernize reporting systems, improve data trust, develop predictive models, guide AI-enabled decision-making, establish executive KPI frameworks, and help business leaders use analytics in practical ways.
The selected candidate will help define how the organization measures success, how leaders evaluate performance, how teams use data, and how insights become action. This is a high-impact executive opportunity for an analytics leader who wants to build a world-class analytics function inside a large technology-driven organization and directly influence growth, innovation, customer value, and enterprise performance.
