We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platform, and digital transformation organization supporting customers, employees, product teams, business operations, technology systems, and enterprise growth initiatives across the United States. The company operates in a complex digital environment where information technology, transformation strategy, systems modernization, data enablement, cybersecurity alignment, and business process improvement directly influence customer trust, operational performance, employee productivity, scalability, and long-term enterprise value.
This is not a traditional information technology leadership role focused only on infrastructure oversight, internal systems, or service delivery. The Chief Information and Transformation Officer will serve as a strategic enterprise executive responsible for connecting technology strategy with business transformation. This role will shape how the organization modernizes systems, adopts AI-enabled capabilities, improves digital operations, strengthens data visibility, enhances cybersecurity readiness, and builds a more scalable operating model.
The company is continuing to invest in cloud-first infrastructure, enterprise application modernization, digital workplace tools, AI-enabled productivity, automation, data governance, business intelligence, cybersecurity controls, IT service management, workflow redesign, platform consolidation, vendor optimization, and enterprise transformation governance. As the business grows, leadership is seeking a senior executive who can bring vision, structure, business alignment, and disciplined execution to a broad information and transformation agenda.
The Chief Information and Transformation Officer will lead enterprise technology strategy, transformation roadmap planning, IT operations oversight, business systems modernization, digital enablement, enterprise architecture, automation initiatives, data and analytics partnership, technology governance, vendor strategy, and cross-functional transformation execution. This executive will work closely with the CEO, Board, CFO, COO, CTO, CISO, CHRO, CRO, Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Data, Procurement, and Executive Leadership.
This role requires a leader who understands how to convert technology investments into business results. The ideal candidate will know how to guide digital transformation, modernize enterprise systems, build scalable IT operating models, improve data-driven decision-making, support secure technology adoption, and lead major organizational change without creating unnecessary disruption.
The selected candidate will help define how technology and transformation support the company’s next stage of growth. This includes improving business systems, strengthening operating discipline, guiding AI adoption, supporting data maturity, increasing automation, improving employee technology experience, and ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered with measurable outcomes.
