About the Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the organization’s enterprise technology strategy, information systems, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data capabilities, and IT operations. This executive position will ensure technology investments are closely aligned with business objectives while creating a secure, scalable, and innovative technology environment that supports long-term growth.

The Chief Information Officer will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing leadership across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technology, information security, data governance, technology architecture, IT service delivery, and technology modernization. The CIO will establish a forward-looking technology roadmap while ensuring reliable day-to-day technology operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise information technology strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Serve as a senior technology advisor to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board-level stakeholders.
• Lead enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, applications, architecture, service management, and technology governance.
• Establish long-term technology roadmaps supporting business growth, scalability, and operational resilience.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
• Oversee cybersecurity, information security, privacy, technology risk, and business continuity programs.
• Develop and execute enterprise data, analytics, and information management strategies.
• Manage technology budgets, capital investments, operating expenses, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their strategic value to the organization.
• Oversee enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial, collaboration, and operational systems.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls, and performance metrics.
• Lead cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, automation, and technology optimization programs.
• Build strategic relationships with technology vendors, consultants, service providers, and partners.
• Develop, mentor, and retain high-performing technology leadership and IT teams.
• Establish technology performance metrics and provide executive-level reporting on risks, opportunities, and priorities.
• Ensure technology operations align with applicable regulatory, privacy, security, and organizational requirements.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive IT and technology leadership experience.
• Significant experience serving as CIO, CTO, VP of IT, or equivalent senior technology executive.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology modernization programs.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business applications.
• Experience managing substantial technology budgets, complex vendor ecosystems, and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, technology risk, cybersecurity, privacy, and business continuity.
• Demonstrated ability to align technology investments with business strategy and financial objectives.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $390,000 – $450,000 annually, based on executive technology leadership experience, organizational scale, industry expertise, transformation experience, and overall qualifications.
