About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI-enabled technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise systems organization supporting customers, employees, product teams, business functions, data platforms, and operational ecosystems across the United States. The company operates in a highly connected digital environment where technology leadership directly influences business growth, customer trust, employee productivity, data intelligence, operational resilience, security maturity, and long-term enterprise value.

This is not a traditional CIO role focused only on internal IT oversight, help desk operations, or technology maintenance. The Chief Information Officer will serve as a strategic enterprise leader responsible for aligning technology strategy with business priorities, modernizing internal systems, strengthening digital operations, improving data and platform capabilities, supporting cybersecurity readiness, and enabling scalable growth across the organization.

The company is continuing to invest in cloud-first infrastructure, AI-enabled productivity, enterprise applications, digital workplace platforms, cybersecurity alignment, data governance, automation, IT service management, business systems modernization, vendor optimization, technology cost discipline, and stronger decision intelligence. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a CIO who can bring vision, structure, executive communication, operating discipline, and practical technology leadership to a highly visible role.

The Chief Information Officer will own the company’s enterprise technology strategy across IT operations, business systems, enterprise applications, digital transformation, data enablement, infrastructure, cloud services, workplace technology, governance, vendor management, technology budgeting, and technology risk partnership. This executive will work closely with the CEO, Board, CFO, COO, CTO, CISO, CHRO, CRO, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, Data, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to ensure technology investments support business outcomes.

This role requires a leader who understands how technology decisions affect the full enterprise. The ideal candidate will know how to modernize systems without creating unnecessary disruption, improve internal technology experience for employees, support secure and compliant operations, guide major platform decisions, build scalable technology teams, and communicate technical priorities in a way that business leaders can act on.

The selected candidate will help define how technology supports the company’s next stage of growth. This includes building a stronger enterprise systems roadmap, improving digital workplace experience, enhancing automation, strengthening cloud and application governance, guiding AI adoption, improving technology operations, and ensuring technology is managed as a strategic business capability.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a technology leader who wants to shape enterprise strategy, improve how a large remote-first organization operates, and build a modern technology environment that supports growth, security, reliability, and innovation.
