Admiral Talent > Jobs > Enterprise Risk Management > Chief Quality Officer

About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled software, cloud platform, cybersecurity, quality engineering, digital operations, and enterprise risk management organization serving enterprise customers across complex technology-driven environments. The company builds and operates mission-critical digital platforms where product quality, system reliability, process discipline, customer trust, security alignment, operational consistency, and measurable performance directly influence customer retention, enterprise credibility, regulatory readiness, and long-term business value.

This is not a traditional quality leadership role focused only on testing checkpoints, defect tracking, or compliance documentation. The Chief Quality Officer will serve as a strategic enterprise executive responsible for building a quality operating system that connects product excellence, engineering quality, customer experience, process governance, operational risk, compliance readiness, data-driven improvement, and continuous performance management across the business.

The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled quality intelligence, automated testing, quality engineering maturity, product reliability, customer-impact prevention, process standardization, data governance, secure development practices, audit readiness, operational excellence, quality analytics, release governance, vendor quality, incident reduction, and enterprise-wide continuous improvement. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Chief Quality Officer who can bring executive presence, technical quality depth, operational judgment, customer focus, analytical discipline, and strong cross-functional influence to a highly visible role.

The Chief Quality Officer will lead enterprise quality strategy across product quality, quality engineering, process excellence, operational quality, release readiness, customer-impact analysis, quality assurance governance, compliance partnership, risk reduction, root cause analysis, quality metrics, and continuous improvement. This executive will work closely with the CEO, Board, COO, CTO, CPO, CIO, CISO, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Data Analytics, Finance, Vendor Management, and Executive Leadership to ensure quality priorities support customer trust and business performance.

This role requires a leader who understands how quality works across the full enterprise, not only inside one department. The ideal candidate will know how to reduce defects, improve release discipline, strengthen root cause practices, build quality dashboards, improve customer-impact visibility, guide quality engineering, support compliance readiness, partner with security, improve process consistency, and create accountability for quality across leadership teams.

The selected candidate will help define how the company measures, manages, and improves quality at scale. This includes building stronger quality governance, improving testing automation, strengthening quality analytics, improving release readiness, reducing operational variation, increasing customer confidence, and ensuring quality becomes a core operating principle across technology, operations, product, and customer-facing teams.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a quality leader who wants to shape enterprise quality strategy, improve product reliability, strengthen customer trust, guide quality transformation, and help a large technology-driven organization scale with discipline, confidence, and measurable excellence.
