About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that accelerate organizational growth, operational excellence, digital innovation, and long-term business performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will serve as the architect of strategic change, ensuring transformation initiatives are aligned with corporate objectives and deliver measurable business value.

The Chief Transformation Officer will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and leaders across Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Corporate Strategy to identify opportunities for innovation, optimize enterprise processes, modernize operating models, and drive large-scale organizational change.

The ideal candidate brings extensive executive leadership experience in business transformation, operational strategy, digital modernization, and organizational effectiveness. Success in this role requires exceptional strategic vision, executive influence, financial acumen, change leadership expertise, and the ability to lead complex transformation programs across a globally distributed organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s enterprise transformation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, operational excellence, and organizational modernization initiatives.
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to define strategic priorities and transformation roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational performance.
  • Establish governance frameworks for transformation programs, including KPIs, milestones, budgets, and executive reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Technology, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Drive organizational change management strategies that encourage adoption and sustainable business outcomes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and AI-driven solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Oversee enterprise process optimization, organizational redesign, and operating model transformation.
  • Manage enterprise transformation portfolios, resource allocation, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics to measure transformation progress and business impact.
  • Identify organizational risks, implementation challenges, and mitigation strategies.
  • Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, external consultants, technology providers, and industry leaders.
  • Mentor senior transformation leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Present transformation strategies, business cases, and performance updates to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, agility, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive executive leadership experience in business transformation, strategy, operations, management consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational improvements, revenue growth, and organizational change.
  • Strong expertise in business strategy, operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and change management methodologies.
  • Experience leading digital transformation, automation, cloud modernization, and enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning experience.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.

The Chief Transformation Officer serves as a key executive responsible for aligning enterprise transformation initiatives with the organization’s strategic vision. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $420,000 – $575,000 annually, based on executive leadership experience, transformation expertise, organizational complexity, industry background, and overall qualifications.
