We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a data-driven environment where database reliability, secure access, system performance, backup integrity, data availability, and scalable infrastructure directly influence business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, product teams, internal business systems, analytics groups, finance teams, customer success functions, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders who rely on accurate, available, and well-managed data systems every day.
As organizations scale, database administration becomes one of the most important foundations for stability, trust, security, reporting accuracy, and operational continuity. Modern businesses need database professionals who can do more than maintain databases or respond to performance alerts. They need administrators who can ensure uptime, protect sensitive information, improve query performance, manage backups, support migrations, strengthen monitoring, troubleshoot complex issues, and help database platforms evolve with business growth.
Our company is investing heavily in cloud database modernization, AI-enabled data operations, database performance monitoring, data security, automation, disaster recovery, high availability architecture, data governance, analytics readiness, infrastructure reliability, and scalable enterprise systems. We are seeking a highly capable Database Administrator who can support mission-critical database environments while improving reliability, performance, security, and operational maturity.
This is not a traditional database role focused only on routine maintenance or basic administrative tasks. The Database Administrator will serve as a trusted technical contributor responsible for managing database platforms, optimizing performance, supporting application teams, protecting data assets, improving backup and recovery practices, and ensuring database environments are reliable, secure, documented, and ready for enterprise growth.
The selected candidate will work closely with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, Business Intelligence, Product, Finance, IT, Compliance, Customer Support, and leadership teams to ensure database systems are stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
This is a strong opportunity for a database professional who wants to work with modern data platforms, support enterprise-scale systems, strengthen operational reliability, and contribute to a remote-first organization where database performance and data trust are treated as core business priorities.
As Database Administrator, you will manage, monitor, secure, optimize, and support database environments across cloud platforms, enterprise applications, reporting systems, product databases, and internal business systems.
You will be responsible for ensuring database availability, performance, data integrity, access control, backup reliability, disaster recovery readiness, documentation quality, and timely support for database-related issues.
You will serve as a trusted technical partner to engineering, data, security, and business teams while maintaining accountability for database health, system performance, operational stability, and secure data management.
The ideal candidate combines strong database administration experience, SQL expertise, troubleshooting ability, security awareness, automation mindset, and practical judgment to support reliable enterprise technology operations.
