We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a cloud-first environment where infrastructure reliability, software delivery speed, automation maturity, system uptime, security, scalability, and operational excellence directly influence business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, product teams, software engineering groups, data teams, security partners, infrastructure teams, customer success teams, and executive stakeholders who rely on dependable cloud platforms and efficient engineering operations.
As companies scale across distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled products, and high-volume digital services, DevOps leadership becomes one of the most important drivers of business continuity and engineering productivity. Organizations need DevOps leaders who can do more than maintain pipelines or manage infrastructure tickets. They need managers who can lead technical teams, improve deployment quality, strengthen cloud operations, reduce production risk, automate repeatable processes, support incident response, improve observability, and build scalable platform practices that help engineering teams deliver faster and more safely.
Our company is investing heavily in cloud infrastructure modernization, CI/CD automation, Kubernetes platforms, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response maturity, DevSecOps practices, cost optimization, reliability engineering, release automation, developer productivity, AI-enabled operations, and scalable platform engineering. We are seeking a highly capable DevOps Manager who can lead a team responsible for building, operating, securing, and improving the infrastructure and delivery systems that power modern enterprise technology.
This is not a traditional DevOps role focused only on hands-on tooling or reactive operational support. The DevOps Manager will serve as a technical and people leader responsible for guiding DevOps engineers, improving cloud architecture, strengthening deployment pipelines, supporting production reliability, managing infrastructure automation, coordinating incident response, and partnering with engineering leaders to improve delivery quality across the organization.
The selected candidate will work closely with Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Product, Data Engineering, QA, IT, Customer Support, Finance, Compliance, and leadership teams to ensure cloud systems are reliable, scalable, secure, cost-aware, and aligned with business needs.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced DevOps leader who wants to manage a high-impact engineering operations function, influence technical direction, support modern cloud systems, and contribute to a remote-first organization where DevOps is treated as a strategic capability for speed, stability, and long-term growth.
As DevOps Manager, you will lead DevOps strategy, cloud operations, CI/CD systems, infrastructure automation, platform reliability, production support, deployment governance, and team development across a modern technology environment.
You will be responsible for managing DevOps engineers, improving delivery pipelines, strengthening infrastructure reliability, supporting incident response, reducing operational friction, and ensuring engineering teams have dependable tools and platforms.
You will serve as a trusted technical leader while maintaining accountability for uptime, automation quality, deployment efficiency, security alignment, cost awareness, documentation, team performance, and continuous improvement.
