Director of Distribution

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise supply chain and logistics organization operating in a high-volume distribution environment where fulfillment accuracy, warehouse performance, transportation coordination, inventory flow, cost efficiency, customer delivery, and operational discipline directly influence long-term business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, distribution centers, regional operations, transportation partners, inventory teams, ecommerce channels, retail partners, manufacturing groups, procurement teams, and business leaders who rely on dependable distribution systems to move products efficiently and consistently.

As customer expectations continue to rise, distribution has become one of the most important functions in modern supply chain operations. Organizations need distribution leaders who can do more than manage warehouse activity or track shipping volume. They need leaders who can design scalable distribution networks, improve fulfillment quality, reduce cycle time, strengthen inventory accuracy, optimize labor performance, improve transportation partnerships, manage costs, and ensure operations can support growth without sacrificing service quality.

Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled logistics planning, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, automation, inventory visibility, demand planning integration, fulfillment optimization, labor productivity analytics, distribution network design, process standardization, customer delivery performance, and scalable operating routines. We are seeking a highly capable Director of Distribution who can lead distribution strategy, strengthen operational execution, improve service performance, and help build a more reliable and efficient distribution function.

This is not a traditional distribution role focused only on daily warehouse oversight or routine shipping coordination. The Director of Distribution will serve as a senior operational leader responsible for leading distribution strategy, managing fulfillment performance, improving warehouse processes, coordinating transportation execution, supporting inventory flow, developing teams, and ensuring distribution operations are aligned with customer commitments and business goals.

The selected leader will work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, Safety, Quality, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure distribution priorities are clear, measurable, scalable, and connected to the broader business strategy.

This is a strong opportunity for a distribution leader who wants to influence enterprise operations, improve fulfillment performance, work with modern supply chain systems, and contribute to a growing remote-first organization where distribution excellence is treated as a core driver of customer satisfaction and business growth.
