About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-level consumer retail, digital commerce, marketplace, and omnichannel technology organization with a growing national and international customer base. The company operates across multiple consumer categories and serves customers through a connected ecosystem of ecommerce platforms, mobile experiences, retail channels, digital marketing programs, loyalty initiatives, fulfillment operations, and customer experience solutions.

This is not a traditional e-commerce role focused only on online merchandising or website updates. E-commerce is one of the company’s most important growth engines and sits at the center of how the organization acquires customers, increases conversion, expands digital revenue, improves customer retention, and strengthens brand loyalty across every channel.

The company is continuing to invest heavily in digital transformation, customer personalization, marketplace growth, mobile commerce, performance marketing, data-driven merchandising, AI-enabled customer journeys, and modern commerce technology. As customer behavior continues to shift toward faster, more personalized, and more seamless digital buying experiences, the organization is seeking a senior ecommerce leader who can guide strategy, improve execution, and build scalable growth across the digital business.

The Director of Ecommerce will be responsible for leading the company’s ecommerce strategy across digital storefronts, online revenue channels, customer experience, conversion optimization, site performance, merchandising strategy, digital campaigns, and cross-functional growth initiatives. This leader will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership to ensure ecommerce priorities are aligned with business goals and customer expectations.

This role requires a leader who understands both the commercial and operational sides of e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be able to read performance data, identify growth opportunities, lead digital initiatives, improve customer journeys, optimize online merchandising, influence technology roadmaps, and drive measurable revenue impact.
