Partner with Data Analytics and Technology teams to improve supply chain dashboards, planning tools, data quality, automation opportunities, and operational reporting.
Identify supply chain risks related to supplier disruption, global transportation delays, capacity constraints, geopolitical exposure, demand volatility, regulatory changes, and service-level challenges.
Develop executive-ready reporting covering supplier performance, inventory health, forecast alignment, freight cost, service levels, on-time delivery, risk exposure, and supply chain improvement initiatives.

12+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain, logistics, procurement operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, transportation, distribution, manufacturing operations, or enterprise operations.
6+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain teams, logistics programs, supplier performance functions, planning teams, distribution coordination, or global operations initiatives.
Experience working within ecommerce, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail operations, supply chain technology, logistics technology, healthcare logistics, industrial products, enterprise operations, or large distributed business environments.
Proven success in improving supplier performance, optimizing inventory, reducing logistics costs, improving service levels, strengthening planning routines, and supporting global supply chain execution.
Strong understanding of S&OP, integrated business planning, demand and supply planning, transportation management, warehouse operations, supplier risk, inventory optimization, global logistics, and supply chain analytics.
Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, planning systems, supplier management tools, inventory platforms, logistics visibility platforms, and business intelligence systems.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing freight spend, inventory investment, working capital impact, supplier costs, cost-to-serve analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Experience working with suppliers, carriers, 3PL partners, procurement teams, manufacturing sites, finance leaders, operations leaders, quality teams, customer-facing teams, and technology stakeholders.
