We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, digital transformation, product innovation, and intelligent automation organization serving enterprise customers across complex and fast-changing markets. The company develops and delivers technology solutions that help organizations modernize operations, improve decision-making, automate business processes, strengthen customer engagement, and create more scalable digital ecosystems.
This is an organization where innovation is not treated as a small research function or a side project. Innovation is viewed as a core enterprise capability that shapes product direction, customer value, operational efficiency, competitive positioning, and long-term growth. The company is focused on building practical innovation systems that move beyond ideas and create measurable business outcomes through new products, platform enhancements, AI-enabled capabilities, process improvements, ecosystem partnerships, and scalable transformation initiatives.
The company is continuing to invest in artificial intelligence, automation, cloud-native platforms, data intelligence, customer experience modernization, internal workflow improvement, emerging technologies, product experimentation, and enterprise transformation. As the business grows, leadership is seeking a Director of Innovation who can bring structure, creativity, strategic discipline, and execution leadership to a highly visible innovation function.
The Director of Innovation will lead the development and execution of innovation programs that identify new opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, support product and business model experimentation, improve internal operations, and accelerate enterprise growth. This leader will partner closely with Product, Technology, Engineering, Data, Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Security, and Executive Leadership to ensure innovation efforts are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
This role requires a leader who can operate between vision and execution. The ideal candidate will understand how to evaluate market trends, customer pain points, emerging technologies, operational gaps, and competitive shifts, then convert those insights into practical initiatives that can be tested, scaled, and measured. This is not a role for someone who only creates ideas. It is a role for someone who can build innovation pipelines, run pilots, validate concepts, manage stakeholders, and help the company decide which opportunities deserve investment.
The selected candidate will help create a disciplined innovation model across the enterprise. This includes identifying high-value opportunities, building cross-functional innovation programs, supporting AI and automation adoption, improving experimentation routines, strengthening customer-centered design, measuring outcomes, and helping leaders make better decisions about future growth.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an innovation leader who wants to shape the future direction of a large technology-driven company, bring new ideas to market, improve internal ways of working, and help the organization stay ahead of market change with practical, measurable innovation.
