Director of Operations

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise organization operating across technology-driven and service-intensive markets where operational excellence, customer success, process discipline, workforce performance, and strategic execution drive long-term growth. Our organization supports multiple business units, enterprise customers, operational teams, strategic partners, and transformation initiatives that require strong leadership, scalable processes, disciplined execution, and measurable business performance.

As companies grow, operations leadership becomes one of the most important drivers of business quality, productivity, customer delivery, and organizational maturity. The Director of Operations role is designed for a leader who can connect strategy with execution, improve how teams work, strengthen operating rhythms, support customer-facing performance, and build processes that allow the business to scale without losing quality or accountability.

Our company is investing heavily in operational transformation, AI-enabled workflows, process optimization, business intelligence, digital systems, customer delivery improvement, vendor performance, workforce planning, and enterprise operating discipline. We are seeking a highly capable Director of Operations who can lead cross-functional execution while improving operational performance, service quality, reporting visibility, and scalable business processes.

This is not a traditional operations role focused only on daily coordination, routine reporting, or basic process follow-up. The Director of Operations will serve as a senior operations leader responsible for improving how the organization plans, executes, measures, and continuously improves work across a large remote-first enterprise.

The selected leader will work closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Technology, HR, Legal, Procurement, Data Analytics, and business teams to ensure operational priorities are translated into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and consistent follow-through.

This is a strong opportunity for an operations leader who wants to influence business execution, improve customer delivery, strengthen process maturity, and help build a more scalable operating model for a growing enterprise organization.

Your Role at the Company

As Director of Operations, you will oversee key operational functions, business processes, performance routines, cross-functional initiatives, and execution systems that support enterprise growth and customer outcomes.

You will be responsible for leading operational planning, improving workflow efficiency, managing performance reporting, supporting resource alignment, strengthening vendor coordination, driving process improvement, and ensuring teams have the structure needed to execute consistently.

You will serve as a trusted operating partner to senior leadership while maintaining accountability for operational excellence, customer delivery support, productivity improvement, process governance, cost visibility, and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, analytical judgment, people leadership, and strong execution capability to drive measurable business results.

Support vendor and partner coordination, including service expectations, performance tracking, renewal planning, issue resolution, and operational accountability.

Strengthen process documentation, standard operating procedures, playbooks, escalation paths, approval workflows, and knowledge management practices.

Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, owners, dependencies, risks, and success measures are clearly managed.
