Working closely with Executive Leadership, Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Business Transformation teams, this leader will define SAP roadmaps, manage strategic initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and business agility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise SAP Supply Chain technology strategy aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
Lead SAP Supply Chain transformation initiatives across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, and planning functions.
Own the SAP Supply Chain roadmap, architecture standards, governance model, and long-term technology vision.
Oversee SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimization programs.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for supply chain automation, efficiency improvements, and digital innovation.
Manage relationships with SAP partners, consulting firms, and technology vendors.
Lead cross-functional teams of SAP architects, consultants, developers, analysts, and business process owners.
Establish SAP best practices, solution standards, and operational governance frameworks.
Drive integration strategies between SAP and enterprise platforms, including CRM, warehouse management, analytics, and cloud systems.
Evaluate emerging SAP technologies, including SAP BTP, SAP IBP, SAP EWM, SAP Ariba, and intelligent enterprise capabilities.
Monitor program performance, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones while ensuring successful execution.
Present technology strategies, program updates, and investment recommendations to executive leadership.
Promote continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Develop and mentor technology leaders while building a high-performing SAP organization.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP implementations, enterprise applications, or supply chain technology leadership.
Minimum of 5 years leading SAP Supply Chain teams or enterprise transformation programs.
Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules including MM, PP, SD, EWM, IBP, Ariba, or related solutions.
Proven experience managing global SAP implementations, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.
Experience integrating SAP with cloud platforms, analytics solutions, and enterprise applications.
Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, governance, security, and system lifecycle management.
Experience managing large technology budgets, vendor relationships, and executive stakeholders.
SAP certifications or enterprise architecture certifications are highly preferred.

Job Function

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $355,000 – $410,000 USD annually

Compensation is determined based on SAP leadership experience, enterprise transformation expertise, supply chain technology knowledge, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
