About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making across the organization. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership while developing a broad understanding of corporate financial management.

The Finance Analyst will analyze financial data, identify trends, prepare management reports, support forecasting activities, and provide insights that help leadership make informed business decisions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational trends.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for significant financial changes.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
• Prepare dashboards and financial performance reports using Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
• Support departmental leaders with financial analysis and budget monitoring.
• Track key financial and operational performance indicators.
• Research market, industry, and economic trends that may affect business performance.
• Assist with financial planning projects, strategic initiatives, and investment analysis.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance.
• Maintain accurate financial databases, spreadsheets, and analytical models.
• Support financial reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to Finance leadership and business stakeholders.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP, financial planning, or business intelligence systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet reporting deadlines.
• CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification is preferred but not required.

Through financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring, the Finance Analyst contributes directly to improved financial visibility, operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.

Job Function

The Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial reports, developing models, monitoring performance, and providing insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $125,000 – $185,000 annually, based on financial analysis experience, technical skills, industry expertise, financial modeling capabilities, and overall qualifications.
