We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst who combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to support executive decision-making, improve financial performance, and contribute to enterprise-wide growth initiatives.
Your Role at the Company
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and executive reporting across the organization.
Working closely with Finance Leadership, Operations, Accounting, Business Development, Sales, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership, you will analyze financial performance, identify business trends, evaluate investment opportunities, and provide recommendations that support organizational objectives.
This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and influencing strategic decisions through financial insights. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that directly contribute to company performance and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and executive reporting packages
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities
- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic investments
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational trends across business units
- Partner with department leaders to monitor financial performance against established KPIs
- Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvement
- Assist with pricing analysis, investment evaluations, and business case development
- Support executive leadership with financial insights for strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare dashboards and reports using business intelligence and financial reporting tools
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with Accounting during month-end and year-end close processes
- Improve reporting automation and streamline financial planning processes
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to support business decisions
What You’ll Bring
- 4–8 years of progressive experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or Strategic Finance
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools is preferred
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required
- MBA, CFA, CPA, or FPAC certification is highly desirable
