As our global operations continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, and strategic financial decision-making across key business functions. This individual will play an instrumental role in supporting executive leadership by delivering actionable financial insights, improving financial performance, and ensuring sound fiscal management throughout the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling activities across multiple business units.
  • Develop detailed financial forecasts that support executive decision-making and organizational growth objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare executive financial reports highlighting key business trends, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Business Performance Management

  • Monitor departmental budgets and operational expenditures while ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.
  • Establish financial KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Evaluate financial performance against strategic goals and recommend corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Support revenue optimization and cost management initiatives across the organization.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies.
  • Coordinate financial audits and support external auditors during annual reporting cycles.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and transparency of all financial reporting processes.

Strategic Financial Support

  • Partner with executive leadership on business planning, investment decisions, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies for new products, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives through detailed business case development and financial analysis.
  • Provide recommendations that enhance profitability and shareholder value.

Operational Finance Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Marketing, and IT teams to support financial objectives.
  • Identify operational efficiencies through financial analysis and process optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen financial performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Support implementation of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.

Risk Management & Internal Controls

  • Monitor financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Strengthen internal control environments and financial governance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and financial best practices.
  • Evaluate financial exposure associated with strategic initiatives and operational decisions.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor finance professionals and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and professional growth initiatives.
  • Promote high-performance standards within the finance organization.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
  • MBA, Master’s in Finance, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, or business finance.
  • Experience within financial services, FinTech, enterprise technology, SaaS, healthcare, consulting, or multinational organizations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, or equivalent financial systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information to executive leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $210,000 – $320,000
