Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze financial operations, business processes, and operational performance to identify efficiency improvements and cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, operational dashboards, forecasting models, and executive performance summaries.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis activities across multiple business units.
• Monitor financial transactions to ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and operational integrity.
• Collaborate with Accounting teams during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Develop financial models that support strategic planning, operational decision-making, and business performance analysis.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with financial reconciliations, account analysis, and internal reporting processes.
• Partner with Risk Management and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Analyze operational trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial metrics to support executive decision-making.
• Support implementation of financial systems, reporting tools, and enterprise process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Finance, Information Technology, Operations, and Business Leadership.
• Document operational procedures, financial controls, and workflow improvements.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.
• Present financial analyses and operational recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives focused on business growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA/CFA candidacy is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial operations, accounting, business operations, or corporate finance.
• Experience within financial services, banking, investment management, fintech, insurance, or corporate finance environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and operational analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools including Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of financial controls, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits
