Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute complex operational processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Support finance, procurement, compliance, reporting, and shared services operations across multiple business functions.
  • Analyze operational workflows and recommend process improvements that enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliations, reporting, and documentation activities.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
  • Support enterprise system implementations, process standardization, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate governance policies.
  • Prepare business reports, operational dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Risk teams.
  • Assist with knowledge management, process documentation, and standard operating procedure development.
  • Support training initiatives and provide guidance to junior associates when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in shared services, business operations, finance operations, consulting, or global business services.
  • Experience working within enterprise process management or global delivery environments is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, process improvement, reporting, and operational controls.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams within a global organization.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.

The GEPC Senior Associate serves as a strategic contributor responsible for strengthening operational efficiency, supporting enterprise business processes, and delivering high-quality shared services across the organization. The GEPC Senior Associate is responsible for supporting enterprise business operations through process execution, operational analysis, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $95,000 – $135,000 annually, based on experience, operational expertise, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
