We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, digital growth platform, cloud software, and revenue acceleration organization supporting customers, product teams, marketing functions, revenue operations, customer success groups, and business units across the United States. The company operates in a competitive technology market where growth is driven by strong customer insight, disciplined experimentation, product adoption, conversion improvement, lifecycle engagement, market positioning, and measurable revenue impact.
This is not a traditional marketing role focused only on campaigns, content calendars, or lead volume. The Growth Manager will operate at the center of customer acquisition, product adoption, lifecycle optimization, funnel performance, conversion strategy, and revenue growth. This role will connect marketing, product, analytics, sales, customer success, and revenue operations to identify where growth opportunities exist and how to turn those opportunities into practical, measurable execution.
The organization is continuing to invest in AI-enabled products, digital acquisition channels, product-led growth motions, customer lifecycle programs, data-driven experimentation, account-based marketing, onboarding optimization, retention support, pricing insights, and stronger commercial analytics. As the company scales, leadership is seeking a Growth Manager who can bring structure, creativity, analytical depth, and execution discipline to growth initiatives across the business.
The Growth Manager will help design and manage programs that improve acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, expansion, retention, and customer lifetime value. This individual will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, Customer Success, Finance, Design, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to ensure growth programs are aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
This role requires someone who understands that growth is not created by isolated campaigns. Growth comes from improving the full customer journey, identifying friction points, testing new ideas, using data to guide decisions, and aligning teams around measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will know how to analyze funnels, evaluate customer behavior, build experiments, improve messaging, optimize digital journeys, and support revenue-generating initiatives.
This is a strong opportunity for a growth professional who wants to work inside a large technology-driven company, influence meaningful business outcomes, and help build scalable growth systems across acquisition, product adoption, lifecycle engagement, and revenue performance.
• Develop and execute growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, conversion, product adoption, retention, expansion, and customer lifecycle performance.
