Head of Business Development

About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, strategic partnerships, digital transformation, revenue growth, and market expansion organization serving enterprise customers across complex commercial, operational, and technology-driven markets. The company delivers business-critical digital solutions that help organizations modernize workflows, automate operations, improve customer engagement, strengthen data intelligence, and scale enterprise transformation through secure, intelligent, and highly reliable platforms.

This is an organization where business development is not treated as a simple outbound activity, referral management, or early-stage pipeline support. Business Development is viewed as a strategic growth function that connects market opportunity, enterprise relationships, strategic partnerships, channel expansion, product adoption, customer needs, commercial strategy, and long-term enterprise value. The function plays a major role in how the company enters new markets, builds high-value relationships, expands partner ecosystems, and creates new revenue pathways.

The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled product adoption, enterprise market expansion, strategic alliances, channel-led revenue, customer ecosystem development, partner programs, account expansion, product-market intelligence, executive relationship building, and stronger commercial execution. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Head of Business Development who can bring executive presence, strategic market judgment, disciplined relationship development, and strong commercial leadership to a highly visible enterprise role.

The Head of Business Development will lead business development strategy across strategic accounts, enterprise partnerships, market expansion, channel development, commercial alliances, ecosystem relationships, and high-value growth initiatives. This leader will work closely with the CEO, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Growth Officer, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Data Analytics, and Executive Leadership to ensure business development priorities support company growth and long-term market positioning.

This role requires a leader who understands how to identify meaningful opportunities, build trusted executive relationships, qualify strategic partnerships, structure commercial pathways, and move complex growth initiatives from concept to measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will know how to evaluate market signals, customer demand, partner fit, revenue potential, competitive positioning, and internal readiness before committing resources to new opportunities.

The selected candidate will help shape how the company grows through relationships, partnerships, strategic opportunities, and market expansion. This includes developing a disciplined business development operating model, improving opportunity governance, building executive-level relationship strategies, supporting major partnership discussions, strengthening channel programs, and creating clearer visibility into growth opportunities.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a business development leader who wants to influence enterprise growth strategy, expand market reach, build meaningful external relationships, and help a large technology-driven organization scale with purpose, credibility, and commercial discipline.
