We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across a wide range of Human Resources functions. This role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR documentation, benefits administration, compliance activities, and day-to-day employee support while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
The HR Assistant collaborates with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, Finance, Information Technology, and business leaders to ensure efficient HR operations and deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily Human Resources operations.
- Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and employment documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Process employee status changes, employment verifications, and personnel documentation.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, leave administration, and employee inquiries.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Support payroll coordination by ensuring employee data accuracy.
- Coordinate background checks, employment screenings, and onboarding requirements.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and document retention standards.
- Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and HR events.
- Respond to routine employee questions while providing excellent customer service.
- Support HR projects focused on process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, or administrative support.
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Basic understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certifications are considered an advantage.

Job Function
The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting Human Resources operations by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring efficient HR processes. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $218,000 – $278,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on HR experience, administrative expertise, technical proficiency, geographic location, education, certifications, and overall qualifications.
