As the HR Director, you will oversee all core Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Compliance, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. Working closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business Unit Leaders, you will align workforce strategies with organizational objectives while driving transformation initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise Human Resources strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to support organizational planning, workforce strategy, succession planning, and business transformation initiatives.
- Lead all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development.
- Design and implement leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies to build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives supporting mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and business growth.
- Establish and monitor HR performance metrics, workforce analytics, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and corporate governance policies.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to manage employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace risk mitigation.
- Lead compensation planning, benefits strategy, and total rewards initiatives that enhance employee retention and competitiveness.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee HR technology platforms, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop annual departmental budgets and manage Human Resources operational expenditures.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Represent Human Resources during executive leadership meetings and board-level presentations when required.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience overseeing enterprise HR functions.
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation strategy, and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar enterprise systems.
- Professional certifications including SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience utilizing workforce analytics and HR reporting tools.
- Exceptional executive communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

The HR Director serves as a strategic business partner responsible for aligning workforce strategy with organizational priorities while strengthening leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, operational excellence, and long-term business performance. This role collaborates closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business Unit Leaders to develop scalable people strategies that support sustainable organizational growth.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $290,000 – $390,000 annually, based on executive leadership experience, strategic HR expertise, industry knowledge, and overall qualifications.
