We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, strengthen security governance, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive security programs across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s enterprise information security program.
• Manage cybersecurity initiatives protecting cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, networks, endpoints, and corporate systems.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and security operations activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Lead enterprise risk assessments, security audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust security strategies, and privileged access controls.
• Evaluate emerging threats and recommend security technologies that improve organizational resilience.
• Support business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience initiatives.
• Prepare executive dashboards, security metrics, and Board-level reports on cybersecurity performance.
• Mentor and develop cybersecurity professionals while promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Coordinate third-party security assessments, penetration testing, and vendor risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
• Partner with executive leadership to align cybersecurity strategy with long-term business objectives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline required.
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or Information Assurance preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years leading cybersecurity teams or enterprise security initiatives.
• Strong expertise in cloud security across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience managing SIEM, EDR, IAM, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and security monitoring platforms.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience with security automation, DevSecOps, and enterprise security architecture.
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, CRISC, or equivalent industry certifications strongly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Job Function

The Information Security Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s information security program by developing cybersecurity strategies, overseeing security operations, managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting enterprise technology assets. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $328,000 – $392,000 USD annually

Compensation is determined based on cybersecurity leadership experience, technical expertise, professional certifications, business impact, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
