About the Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile and technically capable Information Technology Professional to support the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, applications, cybersecurity, user environments, and digital operations. This role will help maintain reliable IT services while troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, implementing technology solutions, and contributing to infrastructure improvements.

The ideal candidate brings broad IT knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the adaptability to work across multiple technology environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and professionally.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, applications, and IT equipment.
  • Support operating systems, cloud applications, network services, and enterprise platforms.
  • Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for performance, availability, and potential issues.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and technology resources.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, collaboration platforms, and business applications.
  • Assist with network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
  • Support endpoint management, patching, software updates, and device security.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to specialized engineering or infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, and support records.
  • Assist with IT security procedures, access controls, backups, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, implementations, and technology projects.
  • Coordinate with external technology vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor help-desk tickets and ensure timely resolution according to service-level expectations.
  • Assist with disaster recovery and business-continuity initiatives.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend practical improvements.
  • Contribute to IT process documentation, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 2–6 years of professional IT experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, cloud applications, and enterprise technology.
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or comparable enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with ticketing and IT service-management platforms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and endpoint security.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical-support skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL are preferred.

This position helps minimize downtime, resolve technical problems, maintain technology standards, and ensure employees have the tools necessary to perform effectively.

The role also contributes to technology modernization, cybersecurity awareness, cloud adoption, automation, and continuous improvement of IT operations.

Working Conditions

  • Fully Remote position within the United States.
  • Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
  • Occasional after-hours or on-call support may be required depending on business needs.
  • Frequent virtual interaction with employees, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Primarily computer-based work using IT service-management, monitoring, collaboration, and cloud platforms.
  • Occasional travel may be required for technology implementations, company meetings, or IT projects.

Job Function

The Information Technology Professional provides technical support, system administration, troubleshooting, infrastructure assistance, cybersecurity support, technology implementation, and IT operations services across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $100,000 – $165,000 annually, based on IT experience, technical specialization, certifications, cloud expertise, organizational complexity, and overall qualifications.
