Support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar platforms, including compute, storage, networking, access controls, security configurations, monitoring, and cost visibility.
Administer and maintain enterprise systems such as Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Intune, endpoint management tools, and collaboration platforms.
Support network infrastructure, including VPNs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, routing, switching, wireless systems, secure remote access, and cloud networking.
Improve infrastructure reliability by monitoring system health, reviewing alerts, identifying recurring issues, analyzing logs, and implementing preventive solutions.
Automate recurring infrastructure tasks using scripting, infrastructure as code, configuration management, workflow tools, and operational runbooks.
Partner with Security teams to support access management, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, patching, hardening, audit readiness, incident response, and compliance requirements.
Partner with DevOps and Engineering teams to support infrastructure needs related to environments, deployment systems, observability, networking, secrets management, and platform reliability.
Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, failover planning, system restoration, and infrastructure resilience testing.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to servers, networks, cloud resources, identity systems, endpoint tools, application access, performance, permissions, and integrations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, system inventories, configuration notes, runbooks, process guides, support procedures, and infrastructure standards.
Support infrastructure projects such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, network changes, endpoint modernization, identity improvements, monitoring enhancements, and platform consolidation.
Monitor infrastructure capacity, performance, cost, usage patterns, storage growth, network activity, access trends, and operational risk indicators.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying manual work, outdated systems, unreliable workflows, documentation gaps, security risks, and opportunities for automation or modernization.
5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, network operations, systems administration, platform operations, IT operations, or enterprise technology support.
Experience working within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platforms, fintech, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, ecommerce, professional services, or large-scale business technology environments preferred.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or hybrid cloud infrastructure environments.
Strong experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, endpoint management, monitoring tools, and enterprise networking fundamentals.
Experience with automation or scripting using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar tools preferred.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code, configuration management, CI/CD concepts, cloud networking, virtual machines, containers, storage systems, and backup technologies preferred.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Splunk, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.
Understanding of security principles such as least privilege access, MFA, patch management, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, encryption, logging, secure configurations, and compliance support.
Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams, including secure access, endpoint reliability, collaboration tools, identity systems, and remote troubleshooting.
