About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Infrastructure Manager to lead the organization’s technology infrastructure, cloud environments, network operations, systems administration, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the company’s technology ecosystem while supporting business growth and digital transformation.

The Infrastructure Manager will work closely with Engineering, Cybersecurity, DevOps, IT Operations, Product Development, and Executive Leadership teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions. This role will oversee cloud strategy, infrastructure architecture, disaster recovery planning, technology operations, vendor management, and infrastructure security initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, management, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Oversee cloud platforms, servers, networks, storage systems, virtualization, and infrastructure services.
• Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with organizational technology objectives.
• Manage infrastructure operations to ensure high availability, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, automation, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Establish infrastructure monitoring, performance management, and capacity planning practices.
• Develop disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
• Partner with Cybersecurity teams to strengthen infrastructure security and compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships, service providers, technology contracts, and infrastructure investments.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure issue resolution.
• Develop infrastructure policies, standards, procedures, and operational documentation.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and technical specialists.
• Deliver infrastructure performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive infrastructure, systems engineering, cloud operations, or network management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience within technology infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage systems, operating systems, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and infrastructure management tools.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience managing technology vendors, service providers, and infrastructure contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $230,000 – $340,000 annually, based on infrastructure leadership experience, cloud expertise, technical certifications, organizational complexity, and overall qualifications.
