Admiral Talent > Jobs > and Digital > IT Analyst

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a digital-first environment where reliable IT systems, secure access, business application performance, technical support quality, data accuracy, and operational efficiency directly influence business success. Our organization supports distributed employees, internal business teams, customer-facing groups, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, IT service workflows, security operations, and technology transformation initiatives that require strong analysis, technical discipline, and dependable support.

As organizations continue to scale across remote and cloud-connected environments, IT has become a strategic business function rather than a basic support service. Teams rely on secure systems, accurate reporting, smooth onboarding, efficient tools, strong documentation, responsive troubleshooting, and practical technology guidance to operate effectively. The IT Analyst role is central to helping the organization understand technology needs, resolve system issues, improve workflows, support business applications, and strengthen the connection between users, systems, and IT operations.

Our company is investing heavily in cloud platforms, AI-enabled productivity tools, IT service management, business application modernization, endpoint management, identity and access management, cybersecurity readiness, reporting dashboards, automation, process documentation, and digital workplace transformation. We are seeking a highly capable IT Analyst who can support users and systems while analyzing IT needs, improving service quality, documenting processes, and helping business teams use technology more effectively.

This is not a traditional IT role focused only on help desk tickets or routine technical support. The IT Analyst will serve as a business technology partner responsible for analyzing support trends, resolving technical issues, supporting enterprise applications, improving workflows, coordinating IT projects, maintaining documentation, and helping the organization make better technology decisions.

The selected candidate will work closely with IT Operations, Security, Infrastructure, Business Systems, Finance, HR, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure technology systems are reliable, secure, well-documented, and aligned with business needs.

This is a strong opportunity for an IT professional who wants to support a growing enterprise organization, work with modern cloud and business systems, strengthen technical analysis skills, and contribute to a remote-first company where technology is treated as a core business enabler.

You will serve as a trusted technical support and analysis partner while maintaining accountability for service quality, issue resolution, documentation accuracy, system reliability, security awareness, and timely follow-through.
