To support continued expansion and increasing project demand, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our enterprise technology organization. This role serves as a critical operational partner supporting project managers, technology leaders, engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of strategic technology initiatives.
The IT Project Coordinator will play an essential role in coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, facilitating communication, supporting governance processes, and ensuring the successful execution of enterprise technology programs. This position offers exceptional exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, cloud deployments, cybersecurity projects, software implementations, and enterprise infrastructure modernization programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of enterprise technology projects across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate project schedules, resource assignments, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist project managers in maintaining detailed project plans and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure project activities remain aligned with organizational objectives and project requirements.
Project Documentation & Governance
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting records, risk logs, and action item trackers.
- Ensure project documentation remains accurate, current, and compliant with governance standards.
- Assist in preparing executive-level project presentations and stakeholder communications.
- Support project audits and governance reviews.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership groups.
- Schedule project meetings, workshops, steering committee sessions, and status reviews.
- Track action items and ensure accountability across project teams.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for project-related communication activities.
Technology Project Support
- Assist with the coordination of software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and cloud transformation programs.
- Support project onboarding activities, vendor coordination, testing schedules, and deployment planning.
- Monitor project progress and escalate potential issues to project leadership.
- Help ensure project deliverables meet established timelines and quality standards.
Risk & Issue Management
- Track project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain risk registers and support issue resolution efforts.
- Monitor project changes and assist with change management activities.
- Support contingency planning and project recovery efforts when required.
Resource & Budget Tracking
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenditures, resource allocations, and forecasting activities.
- Track project financial performance and support reporting requirements.
- Coordinate procurement requests, vendor invoices, and project-related administrative activities.
- Ensure accurate reporting of project metrics and performance indicators.
Process Improvement & PMO Support
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Support the development and standardization of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Assist with the implementation of project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Promote organizational project delivery excellence and operational efficiency.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Project Management certifications such as CAPM, PMP coursework, Agile certification, or equivalent preferred.
- 3–7+ years of experience supporting technology projects, project coordination, PMO operations, or IT administration.
- Experience working within enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, cybersecurity, healthcare technology, or financial services environments preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid frameworks.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of technology project lifecycles and enterprise systems environments.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $200,000 – $310,000
