Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into detailed functional and technical system specifications.

• Develop process flows, workflow diagrams, system documentation, user stories, and business requirements documentation.
• Perform system configuration, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation.
• Identify system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts with technical teams.
• Support systems integration initiatives involving ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
• Monitor application performance, data quality, system reliability, and user adoption metrics.
• Assist with change management, release planning, and technology deployment activities.
• Ensure enterprise systems comply with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and governance policies.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user support during new system implementations.
• Prepare executive reports, system performance analyses, and technology recommendations.
• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or related position.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial management systems.
• Strong understanding of systems analysis, business process modeling, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional specifications.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, API integrations, and enterprise data management principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or cloud-based enterprise platforms.
• Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
