We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled software, cloud platform, digital workflow technology, and product intelligence organization serving enterprise customers across complex operating environments. The company builds digital products that help organizations modernize business processes, automate workflows, improve customer engagement, strengthen analytics, reduce operational friction, and make smarter decisions through scalable cloud-based technology.
This is an organization where product management is not treated as a simple feature delivery function. Product leadership is central to how the business identifies customer problems, prioritizes investments, improves user experience, strengthens platform value, and competes in a fast-changing technology market. Product Managers are expected to think like business owners, understand market movement, partner deeply with engineering, and make product decisions that create measurable customer and commercial impact.
The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled capabilities, enterprise workflow automation, cloud platform modernization, product-led growth, customer lifecycle intelligence, data-driven product decisions, scalable integrations, user experience improvement, and stronger product operating routines. As the organization expands, leadership is seeking a Lead Product Manager who can guide important product areas, influence roadmap direction, and help cross-functional teams turn product strategy into high-quality execution.
The Lead Product Manager will own a significant product domain and act as a senior product leader across discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, launch readiness, adoption improvement, and post-launch optimization. This role will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Analytics, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Security, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure product decisions are connected to customer value and business priorities.
This role requires someone who can lead through influence, bring clarity to complex problems, and make strong product tradeoffs. The ideal candidate will understand enterprise users, SaaS business models, AI-enabled product opportunities, technical dependencies, product analytics, customer adoption patterns, platform scalability, and go-to-market readiness.
The selected candidate will help shape product direction in a large technology environment where roadmap decisions affect customer retention, revenue growth, platform reliability, product adoption, user satisfaction, and competitive differentiation. This is a strong opportunity for a product leader who enjoys solving meaningful customer problems, working with senior technical teams, and building products that matter at enterprise scale.
• Lead product strategy and roadmap execution for a major product area, platform capability, workflow solution, or customer-facing product experience.
• Own product discovery by gathering customer feedback, market research, competitive insights, internal stakeholder input, usage data, support trends, and business performance signals.
• Translate complex customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, success metrics, acceptance criteria, launch plans, and roadmap priorities.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Architecture, Data, Security, and QA teams to guide product development from discovery through release and post-launch learning.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, revenue impact, adoption potential, strategic fit, technical feasibility, risk, effort, and long-term platform health.
• Lead cross-functional product planning routines, including roadmap reviews, sprint planning support, stakeholder alignment, release readiness, launch coordination, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to define product positioning, customer value, enablement needs, adoption plans, and market-facing launch materials.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, funnel movement, feature adoption, retention signals, customer feedback, and support data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support enterprise customer conversations, advisory sessions, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and strategic account discussions when product expertise is required.
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled features, automation, workflow intelligence, integrations, analytics, personalization, platform improvements, and customer experience enhancements.
• Develop product documentation, including product briefs, PRDs, business cases, journey maps, roadmap updates, release notes, feature specifications, and executive summaries.
• Monitor competitor movement, market trends, technology shifts, customer expectations, and enterprise buying behavior to inform product direction.
• Guide junior product managers, product analysts, or cross-functional contributors by sharing product management best practices, prioritization methods, and execution standards.
• Improve product operating practices by strengthening discovery discipline, roadmap communication, product analytics, launch planning, and outcome measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field required.

• Experience within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled software, cloud platforms, workflow automation, fintech, cybersecurity, healthcare technology, data platforms, or B2B technology environments strongly preferred.
• Proven success owning product roadmaps, leading discovery, defining requirements, launching features, improving adoption, and delivering measurable product outcomes.
