We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a product-led environment where software quality, scalable architecture, technical leadership, secure development, platform reliability, and customer-focused innovation directly influence long-term business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, product teams, engineering groups, data teams, infrastructure partners, security teams, customer success teams, and executive stakeholders who depend on reliable software systems to deliver measurable business value.
As companies continue to build AI-enabled products, cloud-native applications, enterprise SaaS platforms, digital workflows, and data-driven services, software engineering leadership has become one of the most important drivers of growth and competitive advantage. Modern organizations need lead engineers who can do more than write strong code. They need technical leaders who can guide architecture, mentor engineers, improve engineering standards, solve complex system problems, partner with product teams, strengthen release quality, and help teams build software that performs at enterprise scale.
Our company is investing heavily in cloud platforms, AI-enabled product development, scalable web applications, API services, microservices, platform modernization, DevOps maturity, automated testing, observability, secure coding, data-driven product experiences, and engineering productivity. We are seeking a highly capable Lead Software Engineer who can contribute hands-on engineering expertise while guiding technical direction and improving delivery quality across the team.
This is not a traditional senior engineering role focused only on assigned feature work. The Lead Software Engineer will serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing reliable applications, reviewing architecture, mentoring engineers, improving code quality, supporting technical planning, resolving complex production issues, and helping strengthen engineering practices across the organization.
The selected candidate will work closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, UX Design, QA, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, Security, Customer Success, IT, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, user-focused, well-tested, and aligned with business goals.
This is a strong opportunity for a software engineer who wants to remain hands-on while influencing architecture, technical execution, engineering culture, product quality, and long-term platform direction in a remote-first organization where software engineering is treated as a strategic driver of customer trust, innovation, and sustainable growth.
As Lead Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications, APIs, services, integrations, and platform capabilities that support enterprise customers and internal business operations.
You will be responsible for leading technical execution, writing high-quality code, guiding engineering decisions, mentoring team members, improving application performance, supporting architecture discussions, and helping deliver reliable software releases.
You will serve as a trusted technical partner while maintaining accountability for code quality, design decisions, technical documentation, secure development, testing discipline, production readiness, and continuous improvement.
