As we continue expanding our analytics capabilities, we are seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to lead a high-performing team responsible for enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, KPI management, business intelligence, and data strategy. This leader will drive analytics innovation, mentor technical professionals, and partner with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business value through data-driven decision-making.

The Manager, Analytics will collaborate with Executive Leadership, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Information Technology to develop enterprise analytics solutions that support long-term strategic objectives while strengthening our organization’s competitive advantage.

This position is ideal for an experienced analytics leader who combines technical expertise, business acumen, and strong people leadership to build modern, scalable analytics capabilities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts, Business Intelligence Developers, and Analytics Specialists.
  • Define and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Design executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and interactive reporting solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities that improve operational performance.
  • Oversee predictive analytics, business intelligence, forecasting, and performance reporting initiatives.
  • Establish enterprise reporting standards, governance practices, and data quality controls.
  • Analyze operational, financial, sales, marketing, and customer data to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to optimize enterprise data warehouses and cloud analytics platforms.
  • Present executive-level insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business planning initiatives.
  • Drive automation initiatives that improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Lead analytics modernization projects utilizing AI, cloud technologies, and advanced visualization tools.
  • Mentor team members while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen organizational analytics capabilities.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline required.
  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, MBA, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading analytics, reporting, or business intelligence teams.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working with Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, BigQuery, Redshift, or enterprise cloud data warehouses.
  • Experience using Python, R, or statistical modeling tools is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud analytics ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, predictive analytics, and business performance management.
  • Outstanding leadership, analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Working Conditions

  • Fully Remote position within the United States.
  • Flexible leadership schedule supporting collaboration across multiple U.S. time zones.
  • Approximately 10–15% domestic travel for leadership meetings, executive presentations, strategic planning sessions, and analytics conferences.

Job Function

The Manager, Analytics is responsible for leading enterprise analytics operations, developing business intelligence strategies, managing high-performing analytics teams, and delivering actionable insights that support executive decision-making. This role partners with leaders across the organization to improve business performance, optimize operations, and strengthen enterprise reporting through advanced analytics and data governance. Success is measured through business impact, reporting quality, analytics adoption, operational improvements, team performance, and strategic value creation.


Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $352,000 – $388,000 USD annually

Compensation is determined based on leadership experience, analytics expertise, enterprise business intelligence knowledge, geographic location, industry background, and overall qualifications.
