Operations Analyst

About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, digital operations, and business process optimization organization supporting customers, internal teams, enterprise systems, operational programs, and business transformation initiatives across the United States. The company operates in a highly connected environment where operational performance depends on accurate data, disciplined processes, strong reporting, clear workflows, and timely decision support.

This is not a basic operations support role focused only on spreadsheets, task tracking, or routine reporting. The Operations Analyst will play an important role in helping the organization understand how work is moving across teams, where process gaps exist, how resources are being used, where performance can improve, and how operational decisions can be supported with clear analysis. This role will sit close to business operations, technology-enabled workflows, customer delivery, internal systems, finance, and leadership reporting.

The organization is continuing to invest in automation, AI-enabled workflow tools, operational analytics, enterprise reporting, process standardization, customer delivery improvement, service quality, productivity measurement, and scalable operating models. As the company grows, leadership is seeking an Operations Analyst who can bring structure, accuracy, and practical insight to a fast-moving enterprise environment.

The Operations Analyst will support operational reporting, process analysis, performance tracking, workflow documentation, data validation, cross-functional coordination, and improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, Customer Success, Data Analytics, Revenue Operations, Program Management, HR, Procurement, and business unit leaders to ensure operational information is accurate, organized, and useful for decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable working across multiple teams. This person should understand how to review data, identify patterns, document processes, track metrics, prepare reports, support planning routines, and communicate findings in a clear and business-focused way.

This is a strong opportunity for an operations professional who wants to work inside a large technology-driven organization, gain exposure to enterprise business operations, support meaningful improvement initiatives, and help teams operate with better visibility, consistency, and accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data, workflow performance, process trends, service metrics, productivity indicators, and business activity to identify insights and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, performance summaries, business reviews, and leadership-ready operational updates.

• Support operational planning by gathering data, validating information, tracking priorities, documenting assumptions, and preparing analysis for decision-making.

• Partner with Operations, Finance, Technology, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Program Management, and Data teams to collect accurate information and resolve reporting gaps.

• Monitor key operational metrics including turnaround times, productivity, volume trends, backlog levels, service performance, process quality, resource utilization, and issue patterns.

• Maintain operational trackers, action logs, project documentation, performance files, process inventories, and reporting templates.

• Assist with budget tracking, vendor spend visibility, resource planning, capacity analysis, and operational cost reporting where needed.

• Investigate data inconsistencies, reporting discrepancies, process delays, and operational issues, then summarize findings with recommended next steps.

• Support automation and digital operations initiatives by helping define process requirements, test workflow changes, validate outputs, and monitor adoption.

• Prepare materials for operating reviews, leadership meetings, cross-functional planning sessions, and performance discussions.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure deadlines, deliverables, owners, risks, and action items are visible and properly tracked.

• Support change management by helping prepare communication materials, process guides, training documents, adoption reports, and operational readiness checklists.
