We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities, lead high-performing teams, improve business processes, and ensure the consistent execution of organizational objectives. This role is responsible for supervising operational staff, monitoring performance, improving workflows, and maintaining compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
The Operations Supervisor collaborates with Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Information Technology, and Executive Leadership to ensure operational efficiency while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operational activities to ensure productivity, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational team members through performance management and professional development.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity metrics, service levels, and quality standards.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, forecasts, and executive summaries.
- Support budgeting, expense management, and cost-control initiatives.
- Resolve operational issues, customer escalations, and process bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees.
- Support implementation of new technologies, automation tools, and operational systems.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Management, or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business management, logistics, manufacturing, or service operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, workflow optimization, and performance management.
- Experience using ERP platforms, workforce management systems, and business reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, APICS, or similar professional certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $334,000 – $382,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on leadership experience, operational expertise, industry background, geographic location, certifications, and overall qualifications.
