Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and improve manufacturing and operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
- Evaluate production workflows and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve quality, and lower operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during new product introductions and process implementation.
- Develop process documentation, engineering specifications, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for production issues.
- Support equipment validation, process qualification, and production readiness activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Participate in risk assessments, failure mode analyses, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure engineering processes comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety policies.
- Support automation initiatives and digital manufacturing projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of process engineering or manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, statistical analysis, and quality management systems.
- Experience with CAD software, ERP systems, and manufacturing analytics tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and engineering data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 USD annually
Compensation is based on engineering experience, technical expertise, certifications, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
