Program Analyst

About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, digital operations, and business transformation organization supporting complex programs, product initiatives, operational improvements, enterprise systems, customer-facing platforms, and internal strategic priorities across the United States. The company operates in a fast-paced environment where program visibility, data accuracy, operational discipline, and cross-functional coordination directly influence business performance, customer outcomes, technology execution, and leadership decision-making.

This is not a basic analyst role focused only on reporting numbers or updating trackers. The Program Analyst will support high-impact enterprise programs by helping leaders understand progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, resource needs, and performance trends. This role sits close to program execution and will help transform complex information into clear insights that support better decisions across product, technology, operations, finance, customer success, and executive teams.

The organization is continuing to invest in AI-enabled platforms, cloud modernization, digital workflow automation, enterprise reporting, customer delivery programs, operational efficiency, technology transformation, and stronger program governance. As initiatives become larger and more interconnected, leadership needs a Program Analyst who can bring structure, accuracy, and analytical clarity to program planning and execution.

The Program Analyst will work across program management, operations, technology, finance, product, data analytics, customer success, and business leadership to support program tracking, reporting, performance analysis, risk identification, documentation, and decision support. This role will help ensure programs are not managed through scattered updates, incomplete data, or unclear ownership. Instead, the Program Analyst will support a disciplined operating model where information is organized, measurable, and useful for leaders.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a large remote environment. This person should understand how to review program data, identify gaps, prepare executive-ready summaries, maintain dashboards, support planning routines, and communicate findings in a practical, business-focused way.

This is a strong opportunity for a program and operations analyst who wants to work inside a large technology-driven company, gain exposure to enterprise initiatives, support strategic execution, and help teams make better decisions through accurate analysis and disciplined program support.
