Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing software applications using Python.
Strong proficiency with Python and modern backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed microservices architectures.
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $290,000 – $360,000 USD annually

Compensation is determined based on software engineering experience, technical expertise, programming proficiency, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
