Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from workforce planning through candidate onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, hiring requirements, and workforce planning needs.
  • Develop strategic sourcing initiatives using job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate employment offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate status updates, and compliance documentation.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment marketing and talent engagement campaigns.
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, university recruiting programs, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to support onboarding, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, equal employment opportunity regulations, and company hiring policies.
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, compensation trends, and recruitment recommendations.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement practices.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, or leadership positions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social recruiting platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, hiring compliance, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment reporting tools.

Strategic Support

The Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner responsible for supporting workforce growth through proactive recruiting, talent pipeline development, and effective hiring strategies. This role collaborates closely with Human Resources, Executive Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Business Operations to attract top talent, strengthen employer branding, improve hiring efficiency, and support long-term organizational success.

Through data-driven recruitment practices, strategic sourcing, and relationship management, this position contributes directly to workforce planning, employee engagement, and sustainable business growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $100,000 – $145,000 annually, based on experience, recruiting expertise, industry knowledge, and overall qualifications.
