We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise organization operating in a complex regional business environment where operational excellence, customer delivery, workforce performance, service consistency, financial discipline, and execution quality directly influence long-term growth. Our organization supports enterprise customers, distributed teams, regional business units, customer-facing operations, internal service functions, vendors, strategic partners, and transformation initiatives that require strong leadership, scalable operating routines, and measurable performance management.
As organizations expand across multiple regions, markets, service areas, or operating groups, regional operations leadership becomes one of the most important drivers of business consistency and execution quality. A strong regional operations leader ensures that strategy is translated into daily execution, teams are aligned, customers receive reliable service, performance metrics are understood, and operational issues are addressed before they affect business outcomes. The Regional Director of Operations role is designed for a leader who can manage complexity, improve regional performance, lead teams, strengthen accountability, and help the business scale with discipline.
Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled workflows, operational analytics, business intelligence, workforce planning, process standardization, customer delivery systems, automation, vendor coordination, digital operations, leadership development, and enterprise operating discipline. We are seeking a highly capable Regional Director of Operations who can lead regional execution, improve service quality, strengthen team performance, and help align regional operations with enterprise goals.
This is not a traditional operations role focused only on daily supervision or basic reporting. The Regional Director of Operations will serve as a senior regional leader responsible for managing operational performance, improving business processes, supporting customer delivery, developing leaders, coordinating cross-functional execution, monitoring financial and service metrics, and ensuring regional teams operate with clarity, accountability, and consistency.
The selected leader will work closely with Executive Leadership, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Technology, HR, Legal, Procurement, Data Analytics, regional managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure regional priorities are translated into clear plans, measurable outcomes, accountable ownership, and reliable follow-through.
This role requires a leader who understands how regional execution affects customer satisfaction, employee performance, financial results, service quality, and enterprise scalability. The ideal candidate will know how to lead distributed teams, manage operational scorecards, improve workflows, resolve issues quickly, coach managers, strengthen reporting visibility, and support transformation across a fast-moving remote-first organization.
This is a strong opportunity for an operations leader who wants to influence regional performance, improve business execution, support customer outcomes, and contribute to a growing enterprise organization where operations leadership is treated as a core driver of business success.
As Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee regional operational strategy, execution, performance management, process improvement, resource planning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination across assigned markets, territories, business units, or operating groups.
You will be responsible for improving operational consistency, service quality, workforce productivity, customer delivery, cost visibility, vendor coordination, and regional execution discipline.
You will serve as a trusted operations partner to senior leadership while maintaining accountability for regional performance, customer outcomes, team effectiveness, financial stewardship, reporting accuracy, and scalable execution.
The ideal candidate combines operational leadership, business judgment, people management, analytical thinking, customer focus, financial awareness, and strong execution capability to drive measurable regional results.
