We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, revenue intelligence, and digital transformation solutions organization serving enterprise and mid-market customers across complex business environments. The company provides technology solutions that help organizations modernize workflows, automate operations, improve customer engagement, strengthen data visibility, and scale digital transformation through secure, intelligent, and business-critical platforms.
This is an organization where sales leadership is not treated as simple quota management or activity tracking. Sales is a strategic commercial function that connects customer needs, market opportunity, product value, executive relationship building, revenue discipline, pipeline quality, and long-term customer growth. The company is focused on building a modern sales organization that operates with strong processes, clear coaching, data-driven decision-making, and high-quality customer engagement.
The company is continuing to invest in enterprise market expansion, AI-enabled product adoption, account-based selling, sales enablement, revenue operations, customer lifecycle growth, strategic account development, improved forecasting, partner-led opportunities, and stronger commercial execution. As the business scales, leadership is seeking a Sales Director who can lead with energy, structure, accountability, and strong enterprise sales judgment.
The Sales Director will lead sales strategy and execution for assigned markets, teams, territories, customer segments, or product lines. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing pipeline health, coaching sales professionals, improving deal quality, strengthening forecast accuracy, building executive-level customer relationships, and partnering across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
This role requires a sales leader who understands that sustainable revenue growth depends on more than closing individual deals. The ideal candidate will know how to build disciplined sales motions, coach teams through complex sales cycles, improve qualification standards, guide enterprise negotiations, align internal stakeholders, and ensure customers understand the full value of the company’s solutions.
The selected candidate will help strengthen the company’s revenue engine by improving team performance, market coverage, customer engagement, pipeline conversion, and account growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales leader who wants to help a large technology-driven company expand with a smarter, more accountable, and more customer-centered sales organization.
