Senior Accountant

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a finance-driven environment where accurate accounting, clean financial reporting, strong internal controls, timely close processes, and reliable financial data directly influence business performance. Our organization supports executive leadership, finance teams, business units, investors, auditors, operations leaders, revenue teams, procurement, payroll, tax, and compliance stakeholders who rely on disciplined accounting practices to make informed decisions and protect the integrity of the business.

As companies scale, the accounting function becomes one of the most important foundations for operational discipline, financial visibility, audit readiness, and long-term growth. Modern organizations need accounting professionals who can do more than post journal entries or reconcile accounts. They need senior accountants who can understand business activity, maintain clean financial records, improve close processes, support reporting accuracy, identify risks, strengthen controls, and help finance leaders build a more scalable accounting operation.

Our company is investing heavily in cloud-based accounting systems, AI-enabled finance workflows, automated reconciliations, financial reporting modernization, process standardization, internal controls, audit readiness, revenue and expense visibility, data accuracy, and scalable financial operations. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Accountant who can support core accounting activities while improving accuracy, efficiency, documentation, and financial discipline across the organization.

This is not a traditional accounting role focused only on routine transaction processing or basic bookkeeping. The Senior Accountant will serve as a trusted finance contributor responsible for managing general ledger activity, preparing reconciliations, supporting month-end close, reviewing financial data, preparing journal entries, assisting with audits, supporting compliance, and helping improve accounting processes as the company grows.

The selected candidate will work closely with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Procurement, HR, Operations, external auditors, and business stakeholders to ensure financial records are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with company standards.

This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to support a growing enterprise organization, work with modern finance systems, strengthen financial reporting practices, and contribute to a remote-first company where accounting accuracy is treated as a core business priority.
