We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a highly data-driven and process-focused environment where clear requirements, business insight, operational alignment, technology adoption, and cross-functional execution directly influence long-term business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, product teams, technology groups, operations leaders, finance partners, customer success teams, revenue teams, analytics teams, and executive stakeholders who rely on strong business analysis to turn complex needs into practical solutions.
As organizations scale, business analysis becomes one of the most important functions connecting business strategy, operational needs, technology delivery, customer outcomes, and measurable execution. Leaders need more than documentation or meeting notes. They need business analysts who can understand how the business works, identify process gaps, translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, analyze data, support system improvements, and help teams make better decisions with confidence.
Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled operations, cloud platforms, enterprise systems modernization, workflow automation, business intelligence, customer experience improvement, data quality, process standardization, product operations, and scalable digital transformation. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Business Analyst who can support strategic initiatives, gather and document requirements, analyze business performance, improve workflows, and partner with technical and non-technical teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
This is not a traditional business analyst role focused only on writing requirements or producing status updates. The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a trusted business partner responsible for understanding stakeholder needs, mapping processes, identifying risks, analyzing data, defining success metrics, supporting implementation, and ensuring solutions are practical, adopted, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.
The selected candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, HR, Legal, Compliance, Operations, vendors, and Executive Leadership to ensure business requirements are clear, workflows are well understood, systems support real needs, and initiatives deliver measurable value.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced business analyst who wants to influence enterprise systems, improve operational performance, support digital transformation, and contribute to a remote-first organization where business analysis is valued as a core driver of clarity, accountability, and growth.
As Senior Business Analyst, you will analyze business needs, document requirements, improve processes, support system initiatives, evaluate data, and help cross-functional teams deliver solutions that improve operational performance and business decision-making.
You will be responsible for gathering stakeholder input, translating business needs into clear requirements, identifying workflow improvements, analyzing trends, supporting project delivery, validating solutions, and ensuring initiatives remain aligned with measurable outcomes.
You will serve as a trusted analytical and operational partner while maintaining accountability for requirement quality, process clarity, stakeholder alignment, documentation accuracy, and practical business recommendations.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis experience, data fluency, process improvement capability, stakeholder management, technology awareness, and communication skill to support high-impact business and technology initiatives.
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand objectives, operational needs, pain points, risks, system limitations, and improvement opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data needs, and reporting expectations.
Translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation that can be understood by business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.

Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, and Data teams to support system enhancements, platform implementations, integrations, reporting projects, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, process reviews, discovery meetings, user acceptance testing discussions, and project planning conversations.
Support solution design by validating business needs, reviewing technical options, identifying tradeoffs, documenting dependencies, and ensuring proposed solutions solve the right problem.
Prepare business cases, impact assessments, gap analyses, process documentation, decision logs, status updates, executive summaries, and recommendation materials.
Support user acceptance testing by defining test scenarios, validating requirements, coordinating feedback, documenting defects, and confirming business readiness.
Partner with Data Analytics and BI teams to improve reporting requirements, metric definitions, dashboard usability, data quality, and self-service analytics adoption.
Support change management by preparing communication materials, user guides, training resources, adoption plans, rollout schedules, and stakeholder readiness materials.
Identify recurring issues, operational friction, unclear workflows, system adoption gaps, reporting inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve business processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending stronger documentation standards, cleaner intake processes, better requirement templates, improved dashboards, and scalable operating routines.
6+ years of experience in business analysis, business operations, systems analysis, product operations, data analysis, process improvement, project delivery, or digital transformation.
Experience working within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platforms, fintech, healthcare technology, ecommerce, consulting, professional services, customer operations, or large business operations environments preferred.
